Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Intestinal goblet cells and Purkinje cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Bile ducts, renal glomeruli and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, seminal vesicle and epididymis showed moderate membranous positivity. Renal tubules, purkinje cells and the intestine showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal cells were negative.
