Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in gastrointestinal tract, parathyroid gland, renal tubules, post-menopausal uterine glands and cardiac myocytes. The lung, bile ducts, cells in seminiferous ducts and soft tissues were negative.
