Staining summary
Goblet cells in intestinal tract, subset of cells in urothelium and mucus secreting cells in respiratory epithelia displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Fraction of cells in seminiferus ducts showed moderate nuclear staining. Remaining normal cells were negative.
