Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strongest staining was observed in bronchus and thyroid gland. Most lymphoid tissues and cells of the CNS were negative.
HPA011731
Strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in colorectal glands, hepatocytes and in a subset of alveolar cells. Moderate staining was observed gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, breast, thyroid gland, subsets of cells in bone marrow and red pulp of spleen. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB008366
