Moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most cancers. Fractions of cases in melanomas, breast, gastric and thyroid cancers were strongly stained. Additional membranous positivity was observed in for example colorectal and pancreatic cancers.
Colo-rectal, breast, ovarian and testicular cancers along with few malignant melanomas, squamous cell carcinomas, pancreatic and liver cancers displayed moderate nucleolar positivity with additional cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining in some cases. Other cancer tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
