Distinct nuclear staining was seen in most normal tissues and cells. Strongest staining was seen in male and female genitalia and endocrine tissues e.g. pancreas, adrenal and thyroid gland. Weaker staining was seen in gastro intestinal tract, cns and in lymphoid tissues. Hepatocytes in liver was negative.
