Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was for example observed in alveolar cells type II, hepatocytes, renal tubules, breast and bone marrow poietic cells. Pancreas, trophoblasts, Purkinje cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
