Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in respiratory epithelia while neuronal cells in cerebral cortex showed strong nuclear positivity. The lung, liver, breast, spleen and soft tissues were weakly stained or negative.
