HPA005684 U-2 OS Image Co-localization with the cis-Golgi marker GM130/GOLGA2 (RRID:AB_398141) after the treatment of U-2 OS cells with brefeldin A (5 ug/ml) for 30 minutes to disrupt the ER to Golgi transport; GOLGA2 localizes together with proteins associated with the Golgi-matrix (PMID: 8557739). SEC16A is a Golgi-matrix protein, as it co-localizes with the Golgi-matrix marker GOLGA2 after the treatment with BFA.
HPA005684 U-2 OS Image Co-localization with the cis-Golgi marker GM130/GOLGA2 (RRID:AB_398141) for a refined protein localization within the Golgi apparatus in U-2 OS cells. SEC16A localizes to the Golgi apparatus and is partly detected in the cis-Golgi compartment and other Golgi compartments.
