Most of cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Thyroid cancers and a few cases of ovarian cancers were strongly stained. Most seminomas, hepatocellular carcinomas and renal cancers were negative.
Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Basal cell carcinomas of skin showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. A few cases of gliomas and occasional pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Many lymphomas, cervical, urothelial, stomach and liver cancers were negative.
