Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in peripheral nerves and neuropil in the CNS. Subsets of glial cells, cells in white pulp of spleen and muscle cells showed weak to moderate staining. Thyroid, adrenal cortex, keratinocytes, gastric chief cells and pancreatic ducts showed moderate to strong membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
CAB000142
Neuropil in the CNS showed strong immunoreactivity. Strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining was observed in heart, pancreatic islets, Leydig cells, gastric chief cells, thyroid and the adrenal gland. Cytoplasmic positivity was observed in smooth muscle and subsets of cells in breast. Remaining normal cells were generally negative.

Neuropil in the CNS and peripheral nerves were distinctly stained. Cells in the molecular and granular layer of cerebellum showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The adrenal gland and gastric chief cells displayed membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
