Few cases of endometrial cancers displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining while prostate cancers and a fraction of tumor cells in few cases of thyroid cancers showed cytoplasmic positivity. Rare cases of colorectal cancers displayed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
Few cases of prostate cancers exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity, with a granular pattern. A single case of papillary adenocarcinoma of thyroid along with few colorectal and breast cancers showed weak to moderate membranous staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
