Staining summary
Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in trophoblasts, exocrine pancreas, mucous cells in gastric mucosa and airway epithelia while the superficial layers of squamous epithelia showed distinct cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Subsets of cells in spleen and bone marrow showed distinct nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
