A single case of duct carcinoma of breast showed strong nuclear staining in a fraction of cells. Thyroid cancers along with a few cases of squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal and ovarian cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Extracellular material were distinctly stained in several cases. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
