Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in the intestine, prostate, urothelium and ciliated cells. Respiratory epithelia, oral mucosa, small intestine and trophoblasts showed strong staining. Pneumocytes, bile ducts, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
