Most normal cells were weakly stained or negative. Kidney, epididymis, islet cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining.
Most malignant tissues were significantly stronger stained than their benign counterparts. Even though low proliferating carcinomas in general were minimally stained, the staining was not obviously correlated to proliferation as highly proliferative carcinomas, like pancreatic cancer, often were negative to weakly stained.
