A majority of normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in gastric mucosa, exocrine pancreas, testis, Purkinje cells, skeletal myocytes and subsets of cells in renal glomeruli. The liver, glial cells and lymphoid reaction center cells were weakly stained or negative.
