Majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Intercalated discs in heart showed strong staining. Leydig cells, fraction of cells in adrenal and skin displayed strong positivity. Seminal vesicle and lung macrophages showed moderate nuclear staining. Soft tissues, lymphoid tissues, cells in CNS, breast, prostate, ovary and uterus were generally negative.
