Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in some cases. Membranous positivity was for example observed in cilitated cells and prostate. Renal tubules and seminiferus ducts cells showed strong staining. Liver, lymphoid tissues, uterine glands and cells in CNS were negative.
