Strong cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern was observed in prostate. Ciliated cells showed membranous positivity. Thyroid, adrenal cortex, squamous epithelia, fractions of neuronal cells and heart muscle cells exhibited moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.

Normal tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous or nuclear positivity in several tissues. Purkinje cells, stomach and vulva were strongly positive. Lymphoid tissue, glial cells and fallopian tube were weakly stained or negative.
