Staining summary
HPA023584 Leydig cells in testis, Langerhans cells in skin, gall bladder, adrenal cortex, skeletal and smooth muscles showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Hepatocytes, neurons in CNS, decidual cells in placenta and squamous epithelia displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA024814 A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity combined with a few cases of membrane staining. Exocrine pancreas, gastrointestinal tract and most cells in CNS were generally negative.
