Cancer tissues were generally weakly to moderately stained in the cytoplasm. Squamous cell carcinomas of cervix, lobular breast carcinomas and cystadenocarcinomas of ovary were mainly negative. Many negative cases were also noted in lymphomas, gliomas and endometrial adenocarcinomas.
