Strong cytoplasmic staining endocrine cells in the gastrointestinal tract, bile ducts, pancreatic endocrine cells, gall bladder, peripheral nerves and neuronal cells. Other tissues were mainly negative or weakly stained.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Purkinje cells, enteroendocrine cells and adrenal cortical cells. Islets of Langerhans were moderately stained. The remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
