Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Purkinje cells and neuropil as well as basal cells in several tissues including prostate, seminiferous ducts and skin were distinctly stained. The liver, pancreatic islets, spleen, glial cells, muscle and most lymphoid cells were weakly stained or negative.
