Squamous cell carcinomas and many cases of urothelial and testicular cancers exhibited moderate to strong membranous and occasional cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Distinct staining was also observed in a subset of cells in endometrial, pancreatic and gastric cancers. Remaining tumors were generally negative.
Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate nuclear positivity with additional, often granular, cytoplasmic staining in some cases. Many cases of malignant gliomas, prostate and renal cancers were either negative or showed weak staining.
