Staining summary
HPA038391 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic positivity in few tissues. Renal tubules, parathyroid, chondrocytes and islets of Langerhans were strongly stained. Hematopoietic cells, Purkinje cells, glial cells and bile ducts were negative.
HPA038409 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Intestinal tract and exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining while non-germinal center cells exhibited strong nuclear positivity. Parathyroid displayed nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells, reaction center cells, myocytes and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
CAB032876 Normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic with additional nuclear and/or membranous immunoreactivity in many cases.
