Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nucleolar/nuclear staining. Neuronal cells displayed strong nucleolar staining. Thyroid, fallopian tube and ovarian stromal cells exhibited strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Stomach and cardiac myocytes showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in testis.

Hematopoietic cells of bone marrow, bronchus, duodenum, glomeruli of kidney, Purkinje cells, placenta, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, prostate, epididymis and subset of lymphoid tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate nuclear positivity was observed in neuronal cells of CNS, ovarian and endometrial stromal cells. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
