Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with membranous positivity in few tissues. Adrenocortical cells, renal tubules, ovarian follicles, exocrine pancreas, seminal vesicle, Leydig cells and urothelial cells were strongly stained. Hematopoietic cells, glandular cells of cervix, pneumocytes and slets of Langerhans were negative.

A majority of normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Exocrine pancreas, placental trophoblast cells, epididymis and renal tubules were strongly stained. The lung, urothelia, squamous epithelia, glial cells, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were negative or weakly stained.
