Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic, often granular staining. Gastrointestinal glandular cells, cells in tubules of kidney, urothelial cells and prostate showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Squamous epithelial cells of oral mucosa, vagina, cervix, pancreas, cells in seminiferus ducts and glial cells of CNS tissues were negative.
