Staining summary
HPA036162 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nucleolar staining in several tissues. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in hepatocytes, renal tubules and cardiac myocytes. Neurons displayed strong positivity in nucleoli. Alveolar cells, glial cells and bile ducts were negative.
HPA036163 Strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in astrocytes in CNS. Pancreatic ducts, renal tubules and gallbladder showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Gastrointestinal tract, seminiferous ducts, prostate and cardiac myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
