Most normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in gallbladder, seminal vesicle, placental trophoblasts and a subset of lymphoid cells outside the reaction centra in lymphoid tissues. Squamous epithelia and cells in CNS except Purkinje cells were weakly stained.
