Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in bone marrow poietic cells, lung macrophages and in a subset of lymphoid cells while glial cells were moderately stained. The remaining normal cells were negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining mainly in subsets of immune cells e.g. non-germinal center cells in lymph node and tonsil and in red pulp of spleen. Strong staining in bone marrow, macrophages, Kupfer cells and in micro glial cells in CNS. Nuclear staining in few cases. The remaining normal tissues were negative.
