Staining summary
HPA016564 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in heart and skeletal muscle cells. The remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
HPA046859 Cardiac myocytes, smooth muscle and myoepithelial in breast showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Gastrointestinal tract showed weak luminal membranous immunoreactivity. A subset of neuronal cells exhibited moderate nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
HPA063034 Cytoplasmic and membranous positivity of varying intensity was observed in most normal tissues. Strongest staining was observed in muscle tissues, lymphoid tissue and digestive tract. Liver and CNS was negative.
CAB018662 Most of the normal tissues were negative. Smooth muscle cells, cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscle exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Megakaryocytes of bone marrow and renal glomeruli were distinctly stained.
