Staining summary
HPA042149 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Glial cells in cerebral cortex, testis and germinal center cells in tonsil displayed strong immunoreactivity. Muscle tissue, lung, liver, renal glomeruli, hematopoietic cells neuronal cells in CNS and endometrial stromal cells in uterus were negative.
HPA043088 Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous positivity was seen in intestinal tract. Pneumocytes, smooth muscle, bile ducts, soft tissues and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
