A majority of the cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of prostate cancers displayed strong positivity. Gliomas, lymphomas and most of the skin and testicular cancers were negative.
Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in a few cases of squamous cell carcinomas, gliomas and melanomas. Cases of urothelial cancers showed distinct membranous positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
Several cancer tissues including liver, lung and female genital cancer showed distinct staining in fractions of cases.
Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
