A majority of cancers showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear positivity was seen in few cases of ovarian cancers. Squamous and basal cell carcinomas along with few cases of urothelial cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of lymphomas and gliomas were negative or weakly stained.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in several cases of skin cancers and in few cases of melanomas, endometrial and urothelial cancers. Remaining cells were generally negative.
