Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic staining. Strong staining was noted in respiratory epithelium, renal tubules and glandular cells of gall bladder. Hepatocytes, glial cells, cells in islets pf Langerhans, glomeruli and spleen were negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Purkinje cells of cerebellum and nasopharynx displayed strong immunoreactivity. Cells of CNS and liver were in general negative.

Respiratory and squamous epithelia as well as glandular cells of gall bladder, fallopian tube and breast displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Subsets of cells in the granular layer of cerebellum showed strong staining. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
