Staining summary
HPA006111 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear staining, often accompanied with weaker cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Islet cells of pancreas and surface epithelial cells in the gastrointestinal tract were weakly stained or negative. A subset of lymphoid cells was strongly positive, whereas other lymphoid cells were negative.
HPA008884 Normal tissues generally displayed moderate nuclear staining. Strong positivity was observed in the granular layer of cerebellum, glandular cells of the thyroid gland and hematopoietic cells in bone marrow.
