Normal tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear staining, often accompanied with weaker cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Islet cells of pancreas and surface epithelial cells in the gastrointestinal tract were weakly stained or negative. A subset of lymphoid cells was strongly positive, whereas other lymphoid cells were negative.
