Staining summary
HPA008994 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, with weak nuclear staining in a few cases. Intestinal epithelia displayed strong staining of cytoplasm and luminal membranes. Strong staining was also observed in cells in seminiferous ducts and alveolar cells. Hematopoietic cells displayed strong nuclear positivity. Squamous epithelia, lymphoid tissues and cells of the CNS were in general negative.
HPA017061 Most normal tissues displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity combined with cytoplasmic positivity in a few cases.
