Staining summary
Most normal cells showed distinct membranous positivity often combined with cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in gastric parietal cells, renal tubules, pancreatic intercalated ducts, neuropil and the thyroid. Lymphoid tissue and most cells in CNS were negative.
