Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Ganglion cells, neuronal cells, Purkinje cells, glial cells and cells in molecular layer of cerebellum were strongly stained. Strong membranous immunoreactivity was observed in endometrial glands and seminal vesicle. Bile ducts, salivary gland, lymphoid cells, hematopoietic cells and adipocytes were negative.

Neuronal cells, cells in molecular layer of cerebellum, intestine, hematopoietic cells and testis showed strong Cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and/or membranous positivity. Respiratory epithelia, Purkinje cells, glandular cells of cervix, gallbladder, myocytes, oral mucosa, decidual cells and stomach were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
