Most cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most cases of gliomas, melanomas, lung, skin and testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative.
The cancer cells generally showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Among liver cancers, cholangiocarcinomas showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while hepatocellular carcinomas were weakly stained. Lymphomas, skin and testicular cancers were negative in most cases.
