A subset of cells in red pulp of spleen and bone marrow displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.
CAB015949
Hematopoietic cells of bone marrow and subset of cells in spleen showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while distinct cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was seen in epididymis. Stomach, exocrine pancreas, adrenal gland, renal tubules, cells in seminiferous ducts of testis, seminal vesicle, cells of CNS and skeletal myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB016522

Salivary ducts, gastrointestinal tract, parathyroid, renal tubules, cardiac myocytes and Purkinje cells exhibited moderate staining. Leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
