Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Distinct nuclear staining was displayed by hepatocytes, renal tubules, parietal cells of stomach, salivary gland and subset of glial cells. The lung, squamous epithelia, bile ducts, breast and prostate were mainly negative.
