Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear positivity. Strong nuclear staining was observed in stomach, thyroid, adrenal cortex, seminiferous ducts and a few squamous epithelia. Placental trophoblasts showed strong cytoplasmic staining. The liver, spleen, glial cells, prostate and parathyroid gland were generally negative.
