Most cancer cells were negative. Hepatocellular carcinomas exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Weak to moderate positivity was seen in malignant melanomas, thyroid, ovarian and breast cancers.
Most malignant cells were negative. A few cases of e.g. malignant carcinoids and colorectal cancers exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
