Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. The granular layer in cerebellum, neuropil, gall bladder and parts of the gastrointestinal tract showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Cardiac myocytes displayed strong immunoreactivity in intercalated discs.
