A majority of cancer cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cases of ovarian, thyroid and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Lymphomas and skin cancers were generally negative.
Cancer cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. A few cases of testicular seminomas, colorectal and ovarian cancers showed strong staining. Several renal, gastric and liver cancers were negative.
