A majority of cancer cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Strongest immunoreactivity was observed in urothelial cancers.
Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate positivity. Cases of melanomas, pancreatic, colorectal and gastric cancers displayed strong staining. Carcinoids, liver, prostate and lung cancers were negative in some cases.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A majority of squamous cell and basal cell carcinomas were strongly stained. Glioma, lymphomas, testicular and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative in a majority of cases.
Cancer cells showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity. Gliomas and lymphomas along with several testicular and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
