Staining summary
HPA046810 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Squamous epithelia and glandular cells in large intestine exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The lung, ovary, renal glomeruli, skeletal muscle cells, smooth muscle cells and soft tissues were in general negative.
HPA048782 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube. Nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells and thyroid. Glandular cells of cervix, glial cells and skeletal and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
